​Our aim is to ensure that parents and students are able to raise comments or concerns and that issues raised will be fairly managed and responded to. The school also understands the need to have in place a process that meets its statutory obligations when responding to complaints.

 

We will try to resolve concerns or complaints by informal means wherever possible. Where this is not possible, formal procedures will be followed.
